Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?

All merch that is currently in stock will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders ship via USPS mail. USPS Mail typically delivers in 3-5 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Stickers: if you only order a sticker(s) and no other items, your sticker order will ship via USPS mail in a 4x6 letter-sized envelope with a stamp. You'll be notified when your order ships, but tracking info will not be available. Your order will most likely be delivered directly to your mailbox.

What do I do if I think my package is lost or stolen?

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact USPS and file a USPS lost claim: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Milk & Honey Merch is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages or packages sent to the wrong address. 

I just received my order, what do I do with my packaging and shipping materials?

Yasss we're so excited you got your order! We intentionally chose to ship all of our merch in eco-friendly packaging (made out of recycled/sustainable materials), which means that our packaging can be curbside RECYCLED. We're proud to get all of our shipping supplies from EcoEnclose. 

Do you offer international shipping?
